Hi All!
My brother called on behalf of his new son-in-law who is looking for a good smoker.
Did a lot (a lot!) of research and finally found the following.
This is an industrial food grade electric smoker made by OMCAN Food Machinery.
Insulated with lots of superb features.
Normally sells for $424.00 retail and now on sale for $219 - $265 depends on who you purchase it from.
Better then anything else being sold @ Cabela's - Gander Mountain, etc. etc.
Nice because you can use any wood (or mix of) sawdust, chips, or chunks vs those wood disk only smokers.
In the Goggle search box type in FMA SH001 Electric Smoker.
Look for the pictures and click on that.
Getting one myself to replace my homemade one.
This is in my opinion a super industrial grade smoker at a really super price!
