I am just working too much. I sure am getting a hankering to katch some Kokes. Last year I fished Green Peter with some success. The fish just did not seem to have there usual flavor so this year I am going to wait untill the bloom starts and the start feeding building up some good oily flavoring.
Will they taste good in March?
I think I will at least pull the boat up to Wallowa Lake during easter and catch some more of those tasty ones. Doing this I accomplish two things we visit with the Wife's folks and prep the Ranch for sumer visits. The ranch has the Wallowa river running through it and is on the North side of town. If I retire I may have to sponser one more KokaneepowerOregon derby since I will be living there.
