before christmas I had a freezer full of Kokanee and gave all of them away
then bought me this grill for christmas. and want to try this, tried to catch some kokanee at FG but no luck.

That looks really good, i think I will need to try that. I am heading up this weekend and plan on give them a go. I have a new koke rod I built that I need to break in.
