Hello all!
Well, the weather was beautifull this past weekend and I was able to fish Friday and Saturday night.
Water was absolutely calm and glassy.
Had about 2 dozen boats + at anchor out on the pond Saturday night.
1 enterprising fellow, on a pontoon boat, was going around thru the fleet selling hot dogs and hamburgers + soft drinks.
Lots of fish being caught. Averaging 17 to 19 inches - 2 year old class.
Made my limit of 8 each night between 8:30 PM and midnight.thumbsup
Still fishing at night for Koke's here in Ct. is really relaxing and lots of fun.
No hot sun or trying to set the proper trolling speed.
Set your anchors, hang your lights to attract the plankton and Koke's, bring some drinks and snacks, put your feet up, and tell fish stories for a few hours.
Can't say though that I wouldn't like to try fishing for some of those big Koke's you have out West. thumbsup
Hope your all having a good summer.
Best regards,
SeaDog
