Went up for a few hours and trolled by dam...got skunked...guess it's a little too early, was fun to get the boat out after winter tho. Will probably try again Saturday, sounds like it may be nicer weather.

Jimbo jump is right, went to lucky peak on saturday and only hooked up on three kokanee and boating one for 5 hrs of fishing. Water is still 37 degrees and had a lot of wood debree in the water to get caught up on. One reason it may be slow is that I noticed a lot of fish taking bugs on the surface. I noticed in years past with a bug hatch the fish shut down to trolling gear. The mouth of mores creek was four degrees warmer with fish schooled from 20 to 50 feet but no takers dragging a downrigger right through the school.101chromefish101

I haven't seen any recent updates on Lucky Peak so I thought I'd do my part and throw my 2 cents in. We went up on Saturday and fished by the dam. It's still pretty slow. We hooked 3 and boated 2 in 6 hours. The water is about 42° now and we hooked em all at about 10'.
