Got the new boat out on the water yesterday afternoon, very happy with everything . It is all that I hoped it would be, except that we couldn't get the live wells to to pump water. I noticed that after checking the bilge pump that there was a lot of water being pumped out, I'm thinking that there might be a hose or something broke going to the live wells.

Well after checking the hoses and the pumpsI found one one pump not working and a broken plastic hose clamp for a garden hose. I replaced the broken clamp with 2 new metal clamps and checked the rest as well. I'm going to take it out again tommorrow and see if the problem is still there or not.

Sounds like a bad hose our a loose fitting also may want to check the recirculating pump. Glad to hear everything else went good.

I took the boat back out to the water so I could make sure that that broken clamp was the problem, guess what not the problem. But I finally did find out where the water was comming from and that was fixed. There were some screw holes left open from some kind of bracket that was there once. Holes are fixed and water tight. ready to go.
