We went up for the long weekend even with the forecasted weather. Each morning the conditions were perfect from dawn til about 10:30 before the winds forced us off. Fishing was great with alot of the 2.0 to 3.0 lb. fish hitting on the Black Pearl behind a Moonshine dodger, Hot Damn behind a Silver Streak dodger, and Black Splatter spoon, Orange Splatter spoon, each behind Northern Lights dodgers. Fished from six feet down to eighteen feet at average of 1.5 speed.

Shame on you, NO PICS? Pictures say a thousand words. That's how some of read. Glad you had a great time. 101goodpost101

I'm heading down there on Friday night. It sounds like you were fishing a lot shallower than all the other reports. What part of the lake were you fishing? Also nice job on bucking the weather, it snowed and rained here in jackson all weekend.

We were up north of Buckboard. I have heard that further south they have been fishing in the 30 to 40 foot levels. There are still alot of fish up high, with quite a few still hitting lines before you can get clipped onto the downriggers.
