Meridian 9-11

Spent the morning on Meridian; limited by 9:00. From the comments seen here, I was half expecting bright red fish, if they were still biting at all. But they were all still silver bright; maybe just the slightest hint of the jaws starting to morph. Is the spawn late this year, or is this lake just slower than others?

Also, every one was male -- is that typical as the spawn approaches (the males get more aggressive)?
