We started the day checking out Yale, but they weren't biting so we went back down to Merwin. There were a lot of boats out by Speelyai bay but when went back down close to the dam. Fishing was slow but we managed to catch 4 and lost 2. We thought we were done fishing when we had 3 but when my dad was cleaning the fish another one hit I let him reel it in. The weather was mostly sunny, and it was a nice calm day.
