Navajo Koke fishing 7/8 - 7/9 2013

Excellent fishing for Kokanee both days . Bigger fish up the Pine Arm. Several doubles . Good fishing up to the powerlines . We didn't get out till noon Tues . Caught fish 25 to 50 ft . Best lure was a pink and white hoochie with corn both days behind a sliver sling blade .

I'm not sure anyone from NM is reading this . I go out a couple times a week , never on weekends . Fishing and catching has been excellent . The kokes are getting bigger and heavier . Nothing over 15" so far .I only see 5 - 6 other boats trolling . They seem to be schooling up , lots of double hook ups when you find them . Thurs. they were between 20' and 40 ' .
My fishing buddy is going back to AZ in Aug . I'm taking out a new guy Mon.
