I know pipe insulation used as a lure holder is an old idea. But I thought I'd try this little modification. I was at Big Lots and saw this paper towel holder for a few bucks and the idea just popped into my head. Some pool noodle cut to length and I mounted the holder to a piece of trex which is heavy enough and stable to sit anywhere on the boat.

I guess the best part is if I don't like it for a lure holder, I could always put a roll of paper towels on it. ;D

I always have 3-4 small foams rolling around the boat.

The Trex is good stuff, I used it to mount my DR's !

Sweet idea! I like the looks of that. I might make a couple of them, one for Kokes and one for Chinook

When I go to any particular lake, I usually develop a pre-game strategy with a first and second string team approach. I thought the noodles could be preloaded with 1st, 2nd or even 3rd string players and leave the rest in the box.
