OK heres is my "permanent" shuttle hawk modification not my safty strap

OK I have been using my hand cuff system for a couple years and never lost a single one but listing to a few people wanting to take it off to hook up easely got me thinking again, and I came up with a permanent one handed fix no need for my clip,rubber bands or screws so here is my fix I used 18 gage SS and a #6 SS screw and misc tools. first I made a template, cut out as close as I could then finish with the dremel, drill hole, bend up tab, and make a indent in the long part then 45 a groove in the shuttle hawk or clone and drill and tap the plastic, mount my latch and loctite it in .then just hook up like normal then swing in latch until it snaps into the groove, simple! then if you want to
unhook swing out latch and slip it off with one hand. heres are the steps. dfly
