I have four Okuma Convector 15 linecounter reels, and they have done well for me, but was looking to move up a bit to Diawa Sealine and I just saw that Okuma came out with a new line this year, the Coldwater. Seems to be a step up, between the Convector and the Catalina, and is in the price range of the Diawa Sealines. As compared to the Convector, tghe Coldwater has the line counter button is on side (my only complaint on Convector is the little top button and flimsy cover on the Convectors), and has a metal release lever.
Anyone handled the Coldwater yet? If so, does the 15 size come with both the douple paddle handle and a power handle like the Convector series?
