"OMG" Salmon

Hi,

Smoked up the 1st batch of late season Kokes yesterday.

Yup! You guesed it -> "OMG" were they ever so good tongue2

Yup! I said were -> All gone 101shock1101 -> to some friends and family I promised - except for 4 fillets I saved for me and the wife.

Next batch is now in my Rum brine ! -> This batch is all "Mine"-"Mine"-"Mine"

Going to make some of my "OMG Dip" for next weekend -> Smoked Salmon-cream cheese-chives and "garlic -> lots of garlic" .
On whole wheat crackers + beer + football game !thumbsup

Think this will be the last week for Kokes at WH !

Got out again tonight on WH
Same place, etc. etc. - dead calm night.
Fished 7:30 to 11:00 PM
Lost 5 - Boated 5 (2 males and 3 females)
Already fillet and added to the brine.
Will smoke this next batch tomorrow afternoon. thumbsup
