Made it back up to Paulina today. We got out on the water around 6:30 am and had our limits by around 9:30. Custom Apex's were the ticket behind uv sling blade on one rod and a Seps watermelon on the other. Corn of choice today was kokanee special with a hint of anise. The fish are getting fatter and the meat is really looking good. These kokes are staying down on the way in...real tuggers! I tried useing a short set-back with ball trolls first then switching to Dees flashers off the ball but had to go farther back before my Dad caught his limit and mine too! We stopped to jig before limiting out trolling but switched back after only getting a few takedowns with nothing to show for it. Great day...sunny and no wind. thumbsup

I have been finding the longer set backs are needed as well, Wish I Had my limmit as early as you I wouldn't be nearly as red as I am now. And the poor eye hooked trout took 1 for the team what do ya do with a trout laugh hyst TL
