And the leftovers have been just as good as the firsts. Smoking temperature was perfect on Sunday. I was able to maintain the temps all smoke long within a few degrees. Meat was super moist.
Okay, hankering for some more juicy butt put me to work. This went into a brine last night and got a 6:00 a.m. back massage. It is currently in the smoker box with some apple, cherry and pecan chips. More photos to follow.
Dave what temp are you setting at? your smoke ring is perfect. We have a local BBQ place (PATS) that serves up BBQ meatloaf so a couple of weeks ago I did one up in the smoker and it was AWSOME last night was short ribs in the smoker sorry no photos
