reel clamps

I was going through some of my stored fishing stuff and found 4 sets of reel clamps for Okuma Convector 15 line counter reels? Anyone ever use use the reel clamps? Seems a bit of overkill for kokanee /light trolling unless worried about not checking and the seat coming loose and reel falling off.***

Also found the single knob power handles for those reels having replaced them with the dual knob handles that also came with the reels. What is your preference here?

I have 2 convector 15’s which I use the dual handle. Also use the reel clamps by choice, had the reel seat nut to back off before where reel fell off into my hand. It can seem as an overkill but I use them
