Making a run tomorrow(Friday) with friends to Rockport to see if we can launch in low lake level conditions. E Canyon will be a backup within 20mins. Temps are on the rise a little bit and weather pattern shows good conditions for the next 10 days. Some last minute fishing before the real cold settles in. Even thinking about a Bear L run soon. Being retired sure opens up the middle of the week so plans can be met. thumbsup

Made the trip to Rockport with Agitator. Courtesy dock still in water. Fished for 3hrs and managed 1 brown to the boat, released. Water clarity was badly stained and a lot of moss particles churning. Decided to relocate to E Canyon where catching was much better. We put another 15 fish, all bows, to the boat and had a few drive byes. A nice day, temps exceptionally warm. A few more days are lined up like this which I'll be taking advantage of. Maybe some Bear Lake cutts will want to play.

Thanks again Bduck for the adventure . Sure is nice to find somebody to go during the week , After going to Rockport and seeing the VERY LOW WATER LEVEL we need to pray for some hard snowfall this year.

Your right Craig. Hoping for a better spring to fill the lakes will make fishing a lot better. Those mountain tops 10' below the surface sure sneak up on you when the lakes are real low.
