Shaver Lake

We fished Shaver yesterday. We were on the water a little before 7:am and fished until a little after 5m. We caught a lot of next years kokes and small rainbows.We kept only 4 nice kokes to 15". We caught fish on several different lures, all with garlic scented corn. We used pink apex with Captain Jacks green tandom flachers, father murphy's in fire tigre with copper sling blade ,and pink uv hoochies with copper sepps. We tried almost everything we had. Almost all the fish were caught at about 40' and 1.3 to 1.5 mph. They were scattered all over the lake. What a beautiful day.
