Small Siwash type hooks?

Anyone know where to get siwash type hooks in size 4-8 ,similar to those on SEPS and other small spoons.Most bait type hooks have eyes too small for what I'm after.101chromefish101

I get mine at Fisherman's Warehouse which is in my neighborhood. They also have a website. I can't imagine any of the standard tackle supply houses we've listed here won't have them.
