Smoked Mac & Cheese V2.0

This is my second attempt at smoked mac and cheese and it got lots of thumbs up from the sample audience. Still not perfect in my opinion but others thought it was worthy.

I'd say that it is maybe one tweak away from being perfected. There were a couple friends that had 3 helpings.

It was delicious and only needs to have the level of smoke played with a bit to dial it in to a phenominal side dish for any bbq.

The best is about to arrive. As retirement gets closer to Dave's target, I will be looking fwd to some additional good meals. thumbsup
