We hit Strawberry again sunday for some slow action on the kokes. We managed to get 2 in the boat with one rainbow and half a dozen or so cutt's. We fished the Soldier creek side. I think next week we will try Starvy for some walleye and then we will be back at Strawberry for the DAV event.

Were you showing fish on the finder at deeper depths like 50 feet? I've been up once and managed to net 1 koke but headed back next week for another shot at them. What's supposed to be the hot color this year.

We saw alot of fish between 30' and 60'. Last week orange was a good color first thing in the morning and then pink later on. Sunday we had no strikes on what worked for us last week. Our first fish hit an orange and white kripplure behind a KCT shattered dodger set at 35' around 10 am. Our second koke came on a RMT 5" dodger with a KCT pink splatter blade spinner at 45' around 11am.

We were also up Sunday at the Solder Creek side -- it was a slow day for koke's, we only got 5 with only one that was a nice fish. We did get plenty of bows & cuts - probably 20+.... after 10 am we heading to the berry side and were only able to get cuts - we finished up at noon and headed home.... It was just tooooooo nice of weather -- where was tht wind from the west?
