I was going to wait til our fishing weekend was over but couldn't hold back because of this 5lb 23" German Brown that Dave caught from Rockport Res. We started out with crappy weather, snow, fog and took a while to figure out what the fish wanted. SuperD hit up on my Rapalas and found the king. Actually had a couple different Rapalas picking up fish. Had about 30 fish boated before we were done. Rockport is just ice off with surface temp 40. BBBRRRRRRRRRRR. Our trip Saturday was to be at the Gorge, but givin' the type of day we had and the distance it was going to take to get to the gorge, plus weather being a factor, we decided to do another local trip to Rockport.

Good on you guys. I spent the day dealing with electrical issues with my remote troll. Its a pain in the Keister. Hopefully got it resolved. Keeping me from my maiden voyage for the year at East Canyon tomorrow. Oh well. There will be next week.
