Suttle Lake Report

Just spent last week 6/7 - 6/13 fishing at Suttle. Fish hard to little avail! Lots of fish mid lake north side as well as off Southlake boat ramp. Fish that were caught were TINY (5"- 6")!

We did see one brown that broke someone's heart. I saw what I thought was litter in the lake so I went to pick it up. When I got to the "litter", it was a dead, 24" brown with a kokanee killer and school of minnows hanging from it's mouth.

New to Suttle

I am heading to Suttle Lake next weekend and have never fished there. I will be camping at South Shore. Can someone give a clue where to start on this lake. Thanks

If you have a fishfinder stay out in 50' of water or deeper because they are deep right now. One good place is on the highway side about 500 yards from the East end of the lake, and out from the shore about 300' it is fairly deep there. Good luck fishing
