Tackle Building Book

A while back I was reading a thread on this forum and someone recommended an old book about tackle building. It seems this author had a lot about different colors and why they are good for different fish and different waters. If anyone can remember the name of the book and author I would like to check it out. I would like to remember if on my own, but that ain't gonna happen. Thanks
