Thanksgiving Plan?

Have you guys started planning the menu or list of appetizers yet? Between friends and family, I think we're slated for no fewer than 3 different days of turkey day. Lots of opportunities for me to cook! thumbsup

A friend of mine has a fabulous salmon spread he makes for his Christmas parties every year. I'm going to finagle it out of him and post it here for all of you to try. I need to get it quick before the holiday's are over.

I will be Smoking my Turkey this year on my Louisiana brand pellet smoker. Gonna also do up some fish next weekend to have as some tasty morsals throughout the day. To many good things to do. Where to starttongue2

Went to Safeway yesterday and got my year supply of freezer turkeys for $8 a piece. Got one for T-Day and 3 more for throughout the year. Can't buy deli turkey for sandwiches this cheap so I always stock up this time of year.
