There were still some left for me today

I fished from about 6-10am today at American Lake. I only got 4 in the boat. I lost about that many to. I used again Bahama Mama Dodger with a Wannafish A Lure Bloody Mary and Dick Nite’s Pink Splatter Dodger with Wannafish A Lure Pink Ice. I started out using DNA Kokanee scented shoepeg corn on one with anise scented shoepeg corn on the other. Got the 1st and 2nd bite-fish on the anise scent so I switched and got all bites and fish on those set-ups. About 9am the bite switched off and I didn’t get the 5th fish for my limit.

I got fish on the downrigger from 10-23 feet in 40-90 feet of water.

Some one at the launch told me that the water was 62 when we left.

Good report, fishing is just getting a little bit tougher for some of us, if you put the time in you can still catch some nice fish.

The amount of fish that have been taken out has to have put a dent in the population so it might be harder to get them. On the other hand they are chunky fish.

I did better than the 2 other guys I talked with. One had 3 and the other had 0.
