tica dj150 reels?

I have 4 of these reels and thought they where great so i bought more, well now one right out of the box sounds like there is gravel in it when the clicker is on and another one i used twice and on the 3rd trip started sounding the same way. any helpful hints?

I just bought 2 more gj151 and have no problems so far mabe the factory got a batch of bearings or something was not wright on the assembly line any way I would give them a call it may be something they are aware of and might be able to help you fix it over the phone, they are good to work with my clicker wasn't working wright on one of my first reel and sent me a new one no charge and it wasnt even under warrenty
