trout fishing

Been just wanting to catch some fish, really don't care the type. How is trout fishing at LP in the fall? I have decided to not hunt elk this year and just do some fishing but I really don't know for what or where. Any info would help Thanks IG

Trolling C.J. Strike or Magic when the surface temp cools down. That's how I stock up on smoked trout for the winter. I'll start NLT mid-October and go until it gets too cold.

Trout today

Three of use got 14 trout today bank fishing here in mountain home. Its getting colder and the trout are getting more active.
