Try a Cabela's search with this "Cabela's Tinsel Inserts". Don't know if 2 1/2" is small enough for you though. You could always custom make your own with simple fly tying techniques too. Hope this helps?

They have Tinsel Teaser Skirts and Squid Skirt Inserts. You'd have to cut em down though for the smaller size hoochies. On the website do a search for "squid skirt inserts"
