type of reels best for jigging

Anyone have a prefference on best type of reels for jigging for kokes? Level wind reel or spinning reel with a bail on it?

Spinning reel with bail... gets the line out quick for vertical jigging and gives you the option of casting out to jumpers.

just make sure to have infinite anti-reverse on the spinning reel and you are set to go.

Thanks for your opinions. I do have a small spinning reel. I'll have to put some line on it and give it a try.
