hello all im brand new to koke fishing been fishing my whole life and never caught any salmon so im interested and up for the challange to learn how to catch these amazing fish. my first question is what type of bait is typically the best to tip spinner rigs with when trolling? i have a boat and downriggers what more will a rookie need to get me and my son started? thanks everyone for any info

Hi cantcatch , Welcome to the Kokanee fishing Forums. You'll get all the information you need to catch Koke's here , Lots of Great folks and information here. As for bait to use for the Kokes , I would use Berkley Maggots in white or Pink and maybe a little scent as a kicker.
