UV Glow Flash Light v. Charge n Glow

Got a couple of those glow in the dark spinners, but didn't by a UV flashlight. So which would you recommend?

I prefer my homemade glow box for initial charge and a UV flashlight for quick recharges between fish.

I always start with a couple colors in the box first thing in case choice #1 does not produce, or they get tired of it.

Never charge for more than 10 minutes, it can damage and decrease the glow properties. This would also apply to leaving glow tackle out in the sun for over ten minutes.
