Who's fishing the Buckboard Classic??

Who's doing the bb derby??? My son and I are going to fish it this year. After about a 5yr absence from derby fishing. I figured that it was about time again. Team #85,.. I know that a few of the RMT crew will be giving it a shot,and will be well represented.

We are going up Wednesday and fishing thru Saturday at Buckboard, but not fishing in the Derby. We go every year on this same weekend and have always done well. With what sounds like fewer participants this year than normal, we probably should enter it.

I talked to the ladies at buckboard marina yesterday,and they said about 150 teams have entered so far.

I will be there again. I don't know if I can do it again but it would be cool to place in both of the Derbys in the same year. Good luck to everyone.

Due to the worst weather I can remember in a long time for this time of year. We weren't able to even put the boat on the water. To those that did go out and deal with the wind and rain,and caught fish. My hat is off to ya. Maybe next year will be better.
