My son and I went from Rock Springs to the Utah side at Flaming gorge. Whish I could wake up in the morning and and do it again. While we we're coming down the highway looking at Antelope flats below us I thought I saw a Bear crossing the runaway truck ramp. We pulled over and looked and sure enough a large Cinnimon colored Black bear was just off the side of the ramp. Started fishing the cliffs near Carter creek and we got into Rainbows and Kokanee right away.Caught the Rainbows on a surface line with a Blue and Silver Kripplrlure, Marked them down to 15'. Caught the Kokes at 40' using a Purple Haze Squid with a Kokanee creek Green Dodger in the morning and the same Dodger and a Yellow Blue Orange Squid [I forget the name] in the afternoon. Surface temp was 59 degrees. On the way back to the boat dock we saw some Bighorn sheep Ewes and Lambs standing on the cliffs right at the waters edge. I couldn't have made up a better day if I tried.thumbsup
