Wyoming Port of Entry

Gotta a question that I cant find an anwser to so was wondering if anybody else might have the answer. So lets say your traveling to the Gorge in the middle of the night and the Port of Entry mussel inpsection station is closed so you drive on by and get to Lucerne Marina and launch. I have the ASIS sticker for Wyoming on my boat already, can I still Launch and head North to the Wyoming side to fish? Or am I breaking the law?
