I ordered our utah non resident lic. over the phone on 4/20 . Had to call about why I haven't recieved a lic. yet. The girl at f/g told me that over the phone applications they give you a auth. # to carry with you . She did e mail me a copy of the auth. # and fishing dates., but you have to ask for them to send it to you. I just thought it was strange that all you had to do was write the auth.# on a piece of paper to show the game wardens if they stopped you. This our first trip to the gorge and I wasn't sure. I feel better knowing i have a copy from UTAH F/G.
