First kok in the snow

I got my first kok of the year yesterday. It was also the first time I have caught one in a blizzard. I only caught two but didnt fish for koks to long. Caught them on Hyper Plaid flasher and Pink Haze squid. The water temp was 43.4 when I left.

Ahhhhhhhhhh yes the ole fishin in a snowstorm trick,,,,,,,,I have tried that a few times myself laugh hyst. glad to see the water temps are coming up....... It won't be long before the season will be in full swing.Good to hear someone has been fishing,as mother nature changes my plans every time I think about going.

Ya the weather wasn't suppose to be good but we didn't get blown off till after 3. We fished for bow first and caught some dandy ones. I sure hope all of the fishing trips this year go as good as that one but could be a little warmer.

Snow you can deal with, it's the wind that makes fishing difficult. It's been blowing up here non-stop for a week. I'm sick of it !! Nice job on gettin' some fish. The water temp was the same for me 2 weeks ago !!
