I was fishing between Riggins and Whitebird on Tuesday and a guy ran over my anchor rope and then t-boned my boat. I thought we would talk at the boat ramp but I couldn't get there in time. The boat had a black kicker and main motor( I think Mercury) that were tillers. It was a newer sled and I think it was a alumaweld. He was driveing a white ford excursion with Payette county plates.
