You can use JB Weld or put the bolt back in coated with 5200 marine sealant.

JB Weld to the rescue
I have used this product often, even to repair the damage on my radiator from a less than smart mechanic that broke the radiator fitting on it. JB Weld will withstand 1200 lbs preasure and 300 + degrees heat. Not sure of your actual application but make sure that no oil or other lubricants are in the hole. If possible use a wire brush to clean and rough surfaces up.
Good luck and remember, once you use this stuff, it takes a blow torch to remove it.

One is quick cure and the other is slower. Read the package. I have used both before with equal results as far as I can tell!

is your boat the thin skin with a plywood centered transom? if it is that aluminum stretches and moves and the epoxies are hard and brittle and if it cracks over time it will wick water into the plywood and rot it out. it would be better to make an aluminum patch and apply 3m 5200, or like mentioned above just seal it good with the bolts and a sealer. dfly
