we went to taylor res. yesterday and caught some rainbows and lakers. none of the lakers was over 20''. it is supposed to rain today, so i am working on my ice machine and getting all my tackle back in order for thursday.

we finally made it to gunnison. i did not go out to the lake today, but i hear it is up. i will buy a license tomorrow and start fishing soon after.

how do you find the perch on that lake. i would like to catch some this summer. the perch there are different than our perch in texas.

we stay in town at the palisaides rv park and drive out. there is lakeside rv out about 2 miles from the ramp and there is a corps of engineers park over by the dam that is nice and it has a ramp there.

i pulled out my kokanee tackle boxes today and started to get them ready for june. i get to go to colorado for the summer and catch some kokanee. i plan on trying wyoming late july and early august for some walleye. it is getting close to time for some clean fishing, that is what my wife...

i will get you the names when i can get to my book with my notes. we stay in town, appx 8miles away at the palasaides senior rv park. it is not a long drive out and you get to see deer and stuff on the way. i think the closest one is lakeside rv, like i said, i will get to my notes later.

over the years i have met a few guys up there that i fish with. they are very knowledgable and have taught me a lot. they mostly fish for trout and do not fish for kokanee. my wife and i like to fish for everything. i have learned a lot by just hanging around the boat ramp and talking to...

i see noone from colorado likes to post on here. i have noticed that most of the trout fishermen in colorado do not want anyone else to catch a fish but them. i guess the kokanee fishermen are getting the same way. i will be back up there next june and will be more than willing to give out...

where in wyoming are these lakes? i will have my boat, so hopefully the lakes will have enough water to launch a boat.

is there a good rv park with full hookups on the wyoming side? i would like to stay and fish the area for about the 1st two weeks of july next year. after the 1st two weeks i will be looking for a lake near cheyenne, if there is one.

what 3 lakes are the best fishing in wyoming. i will have appx. 6 weeks and would like to stay at 3 different lakes for 2 weeks each. of course if one turns out to be really good i may stay for longer than 2 weeks.
