Cute! Nice fish too!signfishin

Wallowa Fished only 3 days...Was trying for larger fish 2 of those days, fishing deep. Lost one ~20" a couple feet short of the net, hooked at 50'. Pretty slow in all. Fished shallow at the head one day and kept 14, with lots of small fish. All the changing weather seems to be keeping them...

I'm going up Friday for 2 weeks to visit family and fish. Most are saying its been slow, and some of the fish are starting to turn. See you on the lake, I have a black N River with a Honda pusher.

Had decent success yesterday. Decided to try the afternoon shift for a change. Put in at Thistle Creek and motored across to the opposite shore. Had a fish on before I got the second rod in the water. Ended up with constant action for the next two hours. Fish were running deep at 55' to...

Friday we were catching more of next year's than we were of this years...

Wednesday we fished for 4 hours and ended up with 31. Nice fish 14" to 16" and very fat. Getting a little pickier as many boats appeared to be struggling for bites.

re:Wallowa Very slow for most. Fished last week, and there were only 4-5 boats on the lake daily. Some of those seemed to be fishing for trout. You should be able to see some nice fish in the river spawning also!
