Awesome tool

I probably would not have bought this myself, thinking a clipper does the job just fine. NOT!
Many of you may not use braid so this is not big advantage. I have been doing quite a bit of walleye fishing lately and use braid exclusively. I used this tool for the first time yesterday and WOW it is awesome, especially for braid but mono as well.

those are great especially when fly fishing when trimming 2lb line next to the fly, that's when I first got mine. dfly

BTW: they also make one with a built in light for those pre-dawn or post-sunset outings.
