Couldnt help but notice that you use that saddle horn wrap through the hide. Thats one of the keys to secureing that deer on the saddle. really helps. We have used that for years. thumbsup

Yes..Kokaholic....I learned that for my Dad who learned from his dad
and so on.....We hardly ever have to adjust our bucks once they are
"pinned" to the saddle, and we hunt very steep rugged country.....
All my saddles have a slightly smaller horn with enough length to really
hold well...Thanks for noticing!....sounds like you know the deal!.....Mike

Have brought a few deer out on horse back over the years. thumbsup I have rode a few miles sitting between a cross buck saddle with apillow under my but and a leg in each panyardlaugh hyst WOW. Will never forget that trip. and the up hill and down hill is what sucked. but it was better than walking the twelve miles that trip. worthy12
