I'm sold on this product called Plexus I have used it for about 4-5 years on boat motor cowlings and I'm amazed every time I use it, problem is you have to buy it at a motorcycle shop. I have never seen it in a boat store. It will remove the water stains and grime then polish to like new. Has anyone else tried this product? Not trying to sell the product but it is good it's a little expensive at 18 bucks a can.

I believe it will, it removed hard water stains on the lower unit and shined it.

I'm going to give that stuff a try. I've tried just about everything else with little luck. Thanks for the tip.
