Got one and love, love, love it.

I don't know the model off the top of my head, but it is the longest extender they offer.

This is actually my second one. On the first one the handle malfunctioned and would not extend properly. I called the company, no questions asked, just sent me a new one within a few days. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The two best features are the manner in which it extends and the next to no drag in the water, very light and easy to use by even the wife.

Fully agree with DLM and would highly suggest this net. I bought the S2 29" to 60" slider with a medium clear rubber net. I have an offshore bracket on my boat and this size makes it a dream to reach behind the motors and scoop up the silver bullets.

My wife goes fishing with me sometimes and is not fooled much when new gear shows up in the boat. She saw the net and said "really - what was wrong with the other net". First fish on for the day and it changed to "wow that thing is awesome - definitely a good purchase!"

Very compact for storage and when I'm fishing by myself I can hold the handle between my legs and extend it with one hand while the kok is dancing around.

My only hopes is the come out with one strong enough for salmon!

I’ll jump on the band wagon too. I purchased one of these nets back in April after another person on the forum had one and I liked it, yet a little pricey well worth the money. I purchased the one up to 25 pds I think and I don’t remember model number, heck when my son fights in the fish he hands me the pole just so he can extend the net and net his own fish! I did have a handle malfunction as well but I engineered up a fix and now it is even more solid than a new one.

I picked one up[ when i vistited the kokaneetackle store in boise and have loved using it. most important it floats

You all convinced me - I ordered a large with clear rubber and the 29 - 60" handle. I like a large opening, and though it might be a bit heavier with the rubber net, I am looking forward to minimal tangled hooks. They also included a free boat hook attachment. Total was $80 with shipping; not too bad if it works out as well as I think.

One more thumbs up. It is a great net! I also bought the "looooonnnnggg" one and I don't loose near the fish I used to. It did start to get rough on extension and finally quit working. I purchased it through Kokanee Mart, so I dropped Rick a line and he was on it.....Great service from him for sure.

What hoop size has been working best on these nets? I just bought the 48-108" handle with the Medium 17x19 Hoop with clear rubber 15"deep, for my Trout and Kokanee netting needs. I still have the receipt and can return it. The Hoop size seems a little small for my liking. I'm thinking the 19x21 Large will work best for me.

Thanks,
CJ

I have the large hoop and clear rubber. None too large for gorge kokes in my opinion as I find that a whole body swoop is often in order to get those rolling, twisting kokes on board, and especially if you have young uns or other newbies aboard. While the net will stretch to hold larger fish, when you start getting to larger trout or the macs, you need to carefully lead them into even the large opening. I have the 29-60 handle for the added strength and control over the 108". That rubber net does have some drag and it is surely greatly magnified when you have the full 108".

it was last year but I got another one for a gift for my son which was the long ext.with the large rubber covered nylon net at the sporsman show, it was a promo deal for 77.99 so if you go there this week you may find a deal on one I can't rember the booth but it was up from the kpo booth that booth also had the red tica cayman gj 151 for 99.99 look around there deals to be had and don't be afraid to barter all they can say is no.
