So I fished Green Peter on Saturday the 30th... Man I wish I would have fished Detroit. We keeped 17 fish but only 5 were nice sized. I also released another 14 kok's that weren't hook to bad. I was hoping for some BIG FAT 16" kok's what a disappointment!!!
Here is the two different size kok's you can expect when fishing Green Peter..
I hope everyone noticed the Kokanee Fishing Forum sticker on the boat. I think it looks great. Everyone should have one... I mean two one for each side of the boat.
This will be my last trip to Green Peter for this year I think if I'm going to fish a lake close to home I'll be at Detroit... I hope next year brings back the GOOD OLD DAYS of Green Peter kokanee fishing...
Top gear for the day Glow R & K hoochie with Chartreuse tips, Silver Apex, & homemade wedding ring all behind UV sling blade.
I also Fished the entire lake looking for a mess of big fish... From the dam to the far east end of the lake..
Here is the haul from Green Peter
