I had past experience with some guides and was extremely in pressed how organized there equipement and tackle was and then there were some that were slopes. I really like the Hookum bait holders they hold approx 15 pre tied rigs I have over ten of them set up with different stuff one will be with 15 different color wedding ring one with say 2 1/2 hooches one with mini hoochies some with apexs & small quick fish etc I then hold them in a large plastic box and with the hookum the leader line wraps internally inside the foam they run close to 10.00 each but I like them. I'll usually have two off every color and some colores a few more if they have a case history to be succesful/I have numerious bags that are zippered and labelled that have zip lock bags interneral approx ten bagsattached to a ring so they can be removed some hold and are use for my flasher/down rigger clips etc.these are stored under my seats boxes this way I just pull out a bag example one is labeled for bass another just flashers/swingblades In my large tackle box I usually have all the componets to make what is needed its seem its usually the color I DON'T HAVE MADE UP that I need I have a plastic box I can make any color any color wedding ring with numerious type blades. Scminbanchshee its takes a lot of trial and error to get thing that works for you in your boat A fisherman can never have enough tackle its a lot of error but sometimew with small children or a dog the last thing you want is a hook in one of them.
