any one ever use a slotted (june bug )slotted spinner blade.

I've used the VMC Hydro Flow blades. They haven't proven to be anything magical. I assumed the slot would produce more sound / vibration and thus attract more fish.

any sign it boogered them?? I can pick up 100 # 5 brass for 5 bucks..Dunno

Your next question should be, "How many of you have caught Kokes on #5 blades?" Other than places like the Gorge, I'm betting that is just too big of a blade, slot or not.

I build flashers with them ,ball trolls ,fenders, etc. Use 3,4 colo on my spinners
