Kokanee showing up as red on a color fishfinder

I have heard a lot of fishermen claim you can tell when you are marking Kokes because they have a large air bladder and it shows up as red on a color fishfinder. I personaly do not believe it. I think any fish returning a strong signal will show up in a large ,color arch. Fish on the edges of the cone will have a weaker signal and show as a black arch. On my Lowrance fish right under the transducer will always be red. Any thoughts or comments ???

Yep, they really throw a red signal in the fall. But I don't think I would make any bets on it.
